AI Leadership · Speaker & Trainer
That's the gap AI adoption dies in. It's the only gap Arun Kumar works in. He helps leaders turn AI from a line item into how their teams actually think, decide, and build.

Speaking & Training
Whether it's a keynote or a hands-on workshop, the goal is the same.
Not built for everyone. Built for someone.
Arun grew up in Klang, Selangor, and studied engineering on the Honda Dreams Fund scholarship, a programme for exactly one kind of student: capable, and short on the thing that usually decides who gets the chance. It taught him something before he'd even finished his degree: real opportunity isn't built for everyone. It's built for someone.
He finished his MEng and MPhil at the University of Nottingham Malaysia, then spent the fifteen-plus years since moving through oil & gas engineering, startups, learning & development, community organising, and product. Different rooms, same discovery every time: the expensive part was never the idea. It was getting real people to actually change what they do.
That's the only thing he's built a career on: standing in front of executives who've already sat through the AI keynote, building the platform he shipped mid-pandemic when "later" wasn't an option, building the marketplace that started at his own mother's kitchen table. Different rooms, same problem wearing a different coat.
"I've never met a technology problem. Only people problems wearing a technology costume."
